I ordered two portable hard disks (LSB-420938) and one of them was delivered super fast (in 2 days). I was worried what happened to the other one, since the package doesn't indicate its a partial delivery. Their website shows as both disk are delivered.
I called their customer support, and that guy confirmed that its a partial delivery and I will soon receive the other one. I kept on waiting for another week. And then I called the support again, and asked for details. He connected me to a supervisor who acknowledged that its unacceptable delay and promised go call back in an hour with details. However, he never called back! The next day, I called again to know the status, now they claimed its dispatched. And they also provided me a wrong tracking number. And it goes on ... Had to make a few more calls over next couple of days to support to get my other disk delivered. Phew.
It could be just one off bad experiences, but it took 15 days and 7 calls to customer support and few more calls that just got cut while waiting in their support queue.
May be I should try flipkart next time ...
